News From Nowhere has been on Bold Street since 1974, a not-for-profit radical bookshop run by a women's workers' co-operative. The red shopfront is easy to spot. Politics, history, fiction and a strong children's section, plus a noticeboard that doubles as a map of the city's campaigns and communities.
