Overview & what to expect
London-based shanty folk-punk collective Skinny Lister bring their celebratory anniversary tour to Liverpool for an intimate headline gig in the historic Cavern Club Live Lounge. Known for their raucous, sweat-soaked live shows, the band are marking ten years since the release of their seminal 2016 album The Devil, The Heart & The Fight.
The group will perform the fan-favourite album in its entirety, delivering high-speed sea shanties, riotous folk-punk anthems, and lyrical pub ballads including "Wanted", "Beat It from the Chest", and "Geordie Lad", alongside a selection of greatest hits from across their six-album catalogue.
Playing inside the subterranean brick arches of the Cavern Club provides an electric, close-quarters environment that perfectly suits Skinny Lister's singalong folk-rock energy.
