Overview & what to expect

ATHX brings its high-intensity fitness competition to Exhibition Centre Liverpool for a full weekend of athletic endurance. Hundreds of fitness athletes and enthusiasts travel from across the UK to test themselves against the ultimate benchmark of functional fitness.

Competitors navigate a continuous two-and-a-half-hour circuit spanning six specialised workout zones. Challenges test heavy strength lifting, explosive power, sprint endurance, sled drives, gymnastics, and aerobic stamina in a structured championship arena.

The event accommodates Individual, Pro, and Pairs divisions across both men's and women's categories, with spectator seating surrounding the arena floor allowing friends, family, and gym teams to cheer on the athletes.
